CWA 3 Ingredients Fruit Cake

  • 750 Millilitres
    Iced Coffee
  • 1 Kilogram
    Mixed Fruit
  • 2 Cups
    Self-raising Flour


  1. The secret to this recipe is to soak the Mixed Fruit in Iced Coffee (you can substitute with Fruit Juice or Black Tea if you prefer) for 24 hours prior to baking.

    Add Self Raising Flour and mix well.

    Bake in a lined 8 inch (20cm) square tin.

    Bake at 150 degrees Celsius for 1 hour, or until cake is cooked through.
